The likelihood of this problem is caused by the Source Tab on the launch configuration being incorrectly configured. The source tab must be mapped to the project that contains the source files, or to the default (which is all the projects). If the project that contains the source code is closed, FusionDebug can’t tell Eclipse to highlight the code.
